A refreshing sake made from 100% Yamada Nishiki sake rice. It has aromas of grapes and melon as well as a refreshing aftertaste.
To brew this sake, the Toji (sake master brewer) used all his knowledge and experience to the fullest at every step of the process.
This created a sake full of the umami flavors of the rice, but still incredibly refreshing.
