A popular product from Shotoku Brewery whose design changes depending on the season. The summer bottle has a cool design with goldfish swimming in the water and fireworks.
The content is a Junmai Ginjo of rice that is carefully brewed. It has a sweet aroma like bananas and has a refreshing taste while feeling the sweetness of warm rice. The taste is easy to drink even for those who are not used to drinking sake.
Since the alcohol content is low at 12%, it is also recommended for a light drink during the day.
Thanks to its small size, it is very easy to take to camps, barbecues or as a small gift.
The mild taste is somewhat reminiscent of the relaxed atmosphere of Kyoto. Food and Sake pairings: Dashi omelette with grated daikon radish, fried eggplant.
