Abu no Tsuru Sake Brewery Miyoshi Green Junmai Daiginjo 　　　　　　　

This Sake is a super dry one made entirely from Yamada Nishiki rice. The incense of this Junmai Shu has a rich rice aroma.

This is a sake where you enjoy the lingering aftertaste of rice, which has a refreshing taste and a firm core.

The alcohol content is 18%, which is quite high, however it remains a well-balanced dry sake.
